Effective date: September 8, 2026
Retro iPod is an offline media player for Android. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.
The app may request permission to access audio, video, photos, and other media that you choose on your device. These files are processed locally to provide playback, library, artwork, playlists, settings, and related features. Retro iPod does not upload your personal media to the developer's servers.
Preferences, playlists, favorites, notes, recordings, unlocked skins, and playback information may be stored locally on your device. You can remove this information by clearing the app data or uninstalling the app.
The free version displays ads through Appodeal and its advertising partners. Depending on your consent, region, and device settings, they may process device identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, ad interactions, diagnostics, and similar technical data to deliver, measure, secure, and personalize advertising. You can review or change available privacy choices inside the app.
Learn more in the Appodeal Privacy Policy.
If optional Pro purchases are offered, payments are processed by Google Play. The developer does not receive your full payment-card details. Google Play may provide purchase status needed to activate or restore Pro features.
Retro iPod is not directed specifically to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through an advertising service, use the contact method below.
You may revoke media permissions in Android settings, reset advertising choices through your device or the in-app privacy options, clear local app data, or uninstall the app. Pro removes advertising while the entitlement remains active.
Reasonable measures are used to protect information handled by the app. This policy may be updated when features, services, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised.
